一、主要问题的表象当前职工教育存在的主要问题是:职工学习缺乏动力,积极性差,培训班来源匮乏,来人少且不能坚持。回顾“六五”时期,培训名额分配到各单位,分不到名额的单位找上门来说理、求情,要求多给名额;职工到教育主管部门苦苦要求培训学习的也不少。这与近两年单位送培不积极、个人学习无动力的风气相比,形成鲜明对照。
