在对高职院校大学生入党积极分子的培养考察过程中,创新入党积极分子培养考察机制,按照目标同向、价值同构、平台同建的原则,通过构建志愿服务实践平台,强化大学生入党积极分子的党性锻炼和价值认同,实施“双向”培养和考察,对于促进入党积极分子的培养具有十分重要的意义。
