产后上矢状窦血栓形成为脑血管病的一种特殊类型,是由多种原因引起的一种少见疾病。我院自1984—01～1991—10共收治12例,本文对其形成机制、临床特点及治疗分析如下。 1 临床资料:①患者年龄22岁～37岁,产次第1胎5例,第2胎5例,第3胎2例。11例足月产后发病,1例中期引产后发病。新法接生7例,旧法接生5例。10例在产后10天内发病,(发病最早在产后当日)另外2例在产后12天、14天发病,均为急性起病。②感染症状:9例起 Postpartum superior sagittal sinus thrombosis is a special type of cerebrovascular disease and is caused by a variety of causes a rare disease.
