1.重视赏识教育,注重与学生交流沟通。“赏识教育”就是通过激励表扬手段肯定学生的闪光点,鼓励他们积极向上,追求成功。赏识是孩子不断追求成功的极大动力,好孩子是表扬出来的。但赏识要有度,不要一味地盲目赞赏,要在某方面起到鼓励的目的,要小批评、多指导、大赞赏相结合。同时,体育教师在教学过程中应勤于实践,把更多新型的教学方法融入到教学过程。多用少年儿童的思维方式与学生交流,有针对性地抓住学生们的注意力,体察他们的心理生理状况,一点一点拉近彼此的距离,从而走进他们的内心世界。

Emphasis on appreciation education, pay attention to communication with students. “Appreciation of education ” is to affirm students’ bright spots by encouraging compliment, encourage them to be positive and pursue success. Appreciation is a great motivation for children to pursue success, good children are praised. However, there should be a degree of appreciation. Do not blindly blindly appreciate it. To encourage certain purposes, we should combine criticism, guidance and praise. At the same time, PE teachers should diligently practice in the teaching process and integrate more new teaching methods into the teaching process. Multi-use children’s thinking way to communicate with students, targeted to seize the students’ attention, observe their psychological and physical conditions, a little closer to each other’s distance, and thus into their inner world.
