板带厚度精度是板带材的两大质量指标之一,板带厚度控制是板带轧制中质量控制的关键环节。为了获得良好的厚度精度,轧机必须具有高压下速度、高响应性、高压力的液压压下系统以及高精度的自动厚度控制系统。厚度自动控制简称为AGC,AGC技术已经成为现代中厚板轧机必须具备的、最基本的控制手段,是实现高精度厚度控制和板形控制的先决条件。对自动厚度控制的基本理论以及几种AGC控制方式进行了研究,主要分析了轧机消除厚度偏差的机理,对厚度控制原理及AGC的几种模型进行了详细的分析和推理,为AGC控制模型的选择及系统设计与调试提供了理论基础。
Strip thickness accuracy is one of the two quality indicators of strip and strip, strip thickness control is the key to the quality control of strip rolling. The basic theory of automatic thickness control and several kinds of AGC control methods are studied. The mechanism of eliminating thickness deviation of rolling mill is mainly analyzed. The thickness control principle and several models of AGC are analyzed and inferred in detail. Choice and system design and debugging provide the theoretical basis.
