全國人民代表大會常務委員會關於中華人民共和國兵役法草案的决議一九五五年二月七日全國人民代表大會常務委員會第五次會議通過一九五五年二月七日,全國人民代表大會常務委員會第五次會議討論並修正了國務院總理周恩來提出的中華人民共和國兵役法草案,並决議將這一草案交由國務院發給各級人民委員會討論和徵求人民意見,以便再加修正,提請全國人民代表大會下一次會議討論通過。
