为适应本土的铝土资源情况,通过多年对引进管道化溶出生产工艺进行消化、吸收和创新,管道化溶出系统进料已由原来的三水软铝石改为现在的一水硬铝石并溶出成功。为大幅度降低氧化铝生产工艺能耗,提高技术和装备水平,自行设计、引进部分关键设备建成了我国第一套原矿浆处理量为每小时300立方米的工业化管道化溶出装置,开创了以管道化设备溶出一水硬铝石的技术和工业实践的新天地。
