目的建立简便、快捷、可批量完成各种食品中甜蜜素测定的超声提取-动态顶空气质联用法。方法测定食品中的甜蜜素并对实验方法进行优化。结果改进后的方法在0.05~1.0g/kg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),最低检出浓度为3.8mg/kg,加标回收率95%~105%。结论改进后的方法为超声波提取-动态顶空气相色谱一质谱(GC-MS)选择离子监测法(SIM)。是一种简便、快捷、可批量完成食品中甜蜜素测定的新方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simple, rapid and batch-based method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in various foods by ultrasonic extraction-dynamic headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Determination of sodium cyclamate in food and optimization of experimental methods. Results The improved method had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.05-1.0 g / kg with the lowest detection limit of 3.8 mg / kg and the recoveries of 95% -105%. Conclusion The improved method is ultrasonic extraction-dynamic headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) selective ion monitoring (SIM).
