当代社会的教育渠道不断拓宽,教育模式也有了更新的发展空间和平台,在这个大的时代背景下,越来越多的成人教育机构发展起来。但在实际的教育管理工作中却存在诸多问题和困难,导致成人教育的学习成绩达不到理想的效果。笔者试图结合自身的工作经验,求教同行。
