1月10日以来的低温雨雪冰冻灾害造成了浙江、江苏、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃、青海、新疆和新疆生产建设兵团等17个省(区、市、兵团)不同程度损失。其中的湖南、湖北、贵州、广西、江西、安徽等6省(自治区)受灾最为严重。灾情发生后,灾区有色企业广大干部职工众志成城,抗灾救灾取得了阶段性胜利,现正全面投入到灾后生产中来。
Since January 10, low temperature snow and freezing disaster have caused the production and construction corps in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Xinjiang 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities, Corps) loss to varying degrees. Among them, six provinces (autonomous regions), including Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou, Guangxi, Jiangxi and Anhui, suffered the most. After the disaster, the majority of cadres and workers in the non-ferrous areas of the disaster-stricken areas made their fortunes resolutely. The disaster relief achieved a phased victory and is now fully engaged in the production after the disaster.
