例1 故障现象:入盒正常,放像也正常,但出盒时部分磁带被卡在里面拉不出来。卸下机壳检查,发现磁带挂在加载臂上,加载臂卸载时没有到位。分析检修:从机械结构上看,加载臂受底盘上的加载齿轮、扇形齿轮和张力滚轮等控制。进一步检查,发现加载齿轮(T轮)中间被扇形齿轮划伤形成一条深槽,表面齿已磨平,造成扇形齿轮转动时从加载齿轮表面滑过而不能带动其转动,于是出现上述故障。由于一时无配件可换,采用应急处理办法:小心卸下加载齿轮,在机架上安装一只圆形垫片将加载齿轮垫高,使扇形齿轮转动时避开加载齿轮上的深槽。经上
