Objective: To improve the extraction method of Total Alkali in Corydalis yanhusuo. Methods : Orthogonal method was used to study the extraction method, extraction solvent, pH, and other factors. To study the index of tetrahydropalmatine, the HPL C method was used to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine and the total alkaloid extraction process was compared. RESULTS : The pH had a significant effect on the yield of tetrahydropalmatine. The reflux extraction was better than the osmotic and the alcohol was better than the water extraction. Conclusion : The optimal extraction of HAC acetic acid solution with pH of 4.5 is recommended.
