团队工作管理模式对肾癌患者术后延续护理效果的影响

目的探究团队工作管理模式对肾癌患者术后延续护理效果的影响,提高临床护理质量。方法选取2013年12月—2014年12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院接受治疗的肾癌患者92例,按照单纯随机抽样方式分为对照组和实验组;2组患者出院后均实施常规延续护理,包括与社区转介、随访、术后4~5周进行复查CT/MRI、门诊复诊、专题讲座等。实验组在此基础上实施以团队工作模式的延续护理,主要包括:心理咨询组、同伴志愿组等6个小组协同护理;采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评定2组患者出院时及出院6个月后生存质量,比较干预效果。结果实验组和对照组患者在术后6个月生存质量的评分分别为41.22±3.87、71.17±3.82,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组患者术后6个月SAS/SDS的评分分别是27.78±3.67、28.28±4.73;58.48±4.39、56.28±4.73,实验组评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队工作管理模式能够提高患者的生存质量,减轻患者的负面情绪,术后延续护理效果显著,具有重要的临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of teamwork management on the effect of continuous nursing after renal cell carcinoma and to improve the quality of clinical nursing. Methods Ninety-two patients with renal cell carcinoma who were treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random sampling method. Two groups of patients were discharged after the routine follow-up Nursing, including community referral, follow-up, 4 to 5 weeks after the review CT / MRI, outpatient referral, seminars and so on. On the basis of this, the experimental group carried out continuous nursing work in the mode of team work, including six groups such as psychological consultation group and companion volunteer group. The WHOQOL-100 was used to evaluate two groups of patients Quality of life at discharge and 6 months after discharge, more intervention effect. Results The scores of quality of life in experimental group and control group at 6 months after operation were 41.22 ± 3.87 and 71.17 ± 3.82, respectively, which were significantly higher in experimental group than those in control group (P <0.05). The experimental group and control group The scores of SAS / SDS at 6 months after operation were 27.78 ± 3.67,28.28 ± 4.73, 58.48 ± 4.39 and 56.28 ± 4.73, respectively. The score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The team work management model can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the negative emotions of patients. The nursing effect after operation is significant and has important clinical promotion value.
