运用先进典型推动工作是我党思想政治工作的一个优良传统,如何发挥先进典型引路作用,积极开展群众性学先进活动,是社会主义市场经济条件下面临的一个新课题。 近几年来,连云港市交通系统多次开展有一定规模的群众性学先进活动,坚持做到胸中有全局,手中有典型,用典型引路,受到了广大干部、职工的普遍拥护和欢迎,如何把群众性学先进活动搞得扎扎实实、引向深入,真正学有成效?笔者在平时的实际工作中有以下几点体会。
