文化是一个民族的灵魂,是人民的精神家园,文学艺术的繁荣发展事关中华民族的伟大复兴。党的十七届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,充分证明了党中央对当前全面推进我国文化建设和发展的高度重视。作为联合国非物质文化遗产的中国书法,已得到国际的广泛认同。书法界应牢牢把握住这一战略机遇,积极投身到为推动书法事业的大发展大繁荣的事业中去。
