美国密执安州,庞蒂克-通用汽车公司的分支——德尔福汽车系统公司日前宣布,其所属的德尔福底盘系统在华新建了一个控股合资企业,生产制动器零部件及系统。该合资企业总投资额允为2000万美元,中方合作伙伴系浙江亚太机电集团公司。 德尔福汽车系统公司这一新的在华合资企业,厂址位于浙江省萧山县,预计雇用1000名员工。该合资企业计划于1996年3月投产,年生产能力约为120万套制动鼓,其中99％的生产用料来源于中国。 该合资企业的目标用户将是“一汽”集团、“一汽大众”、“东风”集团、中国汽车工业总公司、北京汽车工业集团公司及江西昌河飞机制造公司。
Pontiac, Michigan, a division of General Motors Corp., a division of General Motors Corp., announced today that it has a Delphi-based chassis system under its control in a joint venture in China that produces brake components and systems. The total investment amount of the joint venture is 20 million U.S. dollars. The Chinese partner is Zhejiang Asia Pacific Electromechanical Group Corporation. Delphi Automotive Systems, a new joint venture in China with a site in Xiaoshan County, Zhejiang Province, is expected to hire 1,000 people. The joint venture is scheduled to start production in March 1996 with an annual production capacity of about 1.2 million sets of brake drums, of which 99% of the production materials come from China. The target users of the joint venture will be FAW Group, FAW-Volkswagen, Dongfeng Group, China National Automotive Industry Corporation, Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation and Jiangxi Changhe Aircraft Manufacturing Company.
