一个学校是以班级为基本单位的,而一个班级则是由班主任进行管理和领导的。班主任的管理方式和一言一行对小学生的行为方式都有着直接或间接的关系。因此,要想从根本上促进班级的发展,就要有效地提高班主任的管理能力。而要想提高其管理能力非一日之功,这要长期的教学过程中不断积累,它更是将实践与理论相结合的重要成果。而作为小学班主任应该运用科学合理的手段,更新自己的传统观念,学习更多实用的方法提高班级的管理水平。
A school is based on the class as a basic unit, and a class is managed and led by the class teacher. The teacher’s management style and every word and deed has a direct or indirect relationship with the behavior of pupils. Therefore, in order to fundamentally promote the development of classes, it is necessary to effectively improve the class manager’s management capabilities. However, if we want to improve its management ability in a single day, it will accumulate in the long-term teaching process. It is also an important achievement of combining practice with theory. As a primary school teacher should use scientific and reasonable means to update their traditional concepts and learn more practical ways to improve class management.
