使用心钠素抗体放射免疫方法,测定18例健康人,17例持续性房颤、10例阵发性房颤患者的血浆心钠素水平。结果表明持续性房颤患者血浆心钠素水平明显低于健康人,分别为91.4±17.3pg/ml和243.6±27.2pg/ml(p<0.001)。发现其心钠素含量降低与心房受损范围、程度及心功能有关,而与房颤持续时间无明显相关性。阵发性房颤患者发作房颤时血浆心钠素水平为102±23.2pg/ml,明显低于对照组(p<0.001)。而房颤转复后心钠素水平为202±42.8pg/ml,与对照组相似。
Using atrial natriuretic peptide antibody radioimmunoassay, plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels were measured in 18 healthy subjects, 17 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and 10 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. The results showed that plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels in patients with persistent AF were significantly lower than those in healthy individuals (91.4 ± 17.3 pg / ml and 243.6 ± 27.2 pg / ml, respectively (p <0.001).
