病人女,48岁。因十二指肠肿瘤行剖腹探查。术中见:十二指肠内侧及胰头部约7cm×8cm肿块。遂行胰十二指肠切除术。术后病理报告:十二指肠恶性间质瘤,肿瘤自黏膜下浸润至浆膜外。术后第6天排气。进食后反复恶心、呕吐,轻度腹胀,不伴腹痛、发热。腹部查体无明显异常。但每日呕吐次 Female patient, 48 years old.
