随着我国养(种)殖业的快速发展,生产规模的扩大,机械化和集约化程度的提高,饲(种)养密度的增加,饲(种)养及加工过程所带来的环境污染问题已日益严峻,水、土地、能源、饲料等资源过多耗用的矛盾越来越突出。面对这种情况,按照科学发展观的要求,需要大力发展农业循环经济,促进经济模式的转变,加快建立可持续发展农业,从而推动我国由传统农业向现代农业转变的进程。
