2012年3月22日,工业和信息化部发出《关于印发工业循环经济重大示范工程(第一批)的通知》(以下简称《通知》)。《通知》指出,为推动工业领域循环经济发展,加快形成资源循环利用产业模式,工业和信息化部于2011年组织开展了工业循环经济重大示范工程推荐申报工作。经对各地区报来的备选示范工程进行评审和论证,确定了第一批23项工业循环经济重大示范工程,与造纸行业相关的示范工程见下表。
On March 22, 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Major Demonstration Project of Industrial Recycling Economy (the First Batch) (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”). The “Circular” pointed out that in order to promote the development of circular economy in the industrial field and speed up the formation of a resource recycling industrial model, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the recommendation declaration of major industrial demonstration projects in circular economy in 2011. After reviewing and demonstrating the alternative demonstration projects submitted by various regions, the first batch of 23 demonstration projects for industrial circular economy were identified and the demonstration projects related to the paper industry are shown in the following table.
