科技成果的产出,不但依赖于科技人员的数质量,更重要的是取决于对科技人才的管理。我院在科研管理工作中,狠抓了科技人才的管理,使我院的科技成果产出率逐步上升。现就抓好科技人才管理要注意的几个问题谈一点粗浅体会。 一、注意创造一个和谐的外环境 在科技人才群落里,他们的特点就是视野开阔,创新意识强,往往在工作中别出心裁,在理论探索上观点奇异,见解独特,作为管理者要给予大力支持,不能对他们漠然置之,伤害他们的自尊心,对于他们发挥自己的特长进行业余劳动所得到的合理报酬,要给予承认,不能得红眼病,对于他们的科技成果受到侵害时,科管部门要给予保护,出面维护他们的切身利益,使科技人员生活在一个和谐宽松的社会环境中专心搞科研,最大限度地发挥他们的聪明才智。
