在数控精加工中,选取合适的刀具,可以使数控精加工以最短的加工时间达到最佳的加工质量,从而提高加工效率。为了保证加工精度,特别是在精加工编程中,编程者往往保守地选用较小直径尺寸的刀具,增大了精加工的时间,降低了生产率。研究数控精加工中智能选取最佳加工刀具,是实现高速、高精、高效的数控加工的关键。
In NC finishing, select the appropriate tool, you can make CNC finishing to the shortest processing time to achieve the best quality of processing, thereby enhancing the processing efficiency. In order to ensure machining accuracy, especially in finishing programming, programmers tend to conservatively choose smaller diameter tool, increasing the finishing time, reducing productivity. It is the key to realize the high-speed, high-precision and high-efficiency NC machining by studying the intelligent selection of the best machining tool in CNC finishing.
