智能清扫车在无人驾驶时需对车灯信号、作业信号进行自动控制。文章提出了一种智能清扫车的车身控制方案,并进行了硬件电路设计和系统软件设计。通过接收CAN网络上的控制信息,实现了对车灯和作业系统的自动控制;同时,通过故障诊断,及时将故障信息发送至CAN网络,避免了车辆在行驶中出现安全事故。现场应用表明,该系统具有控制精确、可靠性强等特点。
Intelligent sweeper in the absence of driver lights signals, job signals for automatic control. The paper presents a body control program of intelligent sweeper and hardware circuit design and system software design. By receiving the control information on the CAN network, the automatic control of the lamp and the operation system is realized. Meanwhile, the fault information is sent to the CAN network through the fault diagnosis in time, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a safety accident during driving. The field application shows that the system has the characteristics of precise control and high reliability.
