用组织化学方法、结合体视学测量研究AChE阳性纤维在猕猴海马结构、内嗅区皮质和前额区皮质的分布和年龄变化。结果显示海马结构和皮质内AChE阳性纤维呈不同的板层作分布,前者纤维密度明显高于内嗅区皮质和前额区皮质,被检各区的纤维密度随年龄增加呈降低-升高-降低的动态变化趋势(2~6岁纤维密度降低,6~14岁升高,14~24岁再降低)。表明AChE阳性纤维在猕猴海马结构、内嗅区皮质和前额区皮质的分布具有年龄相关性和区域特异性。本文对AChE阳性纤维的增龄变化与前脑胆碱能系统的发育、成熟和衰老的关系进行了讨论。
The distribution and age changes of AChE-positive fibers in the cynomolgus monkey hippocampus, the cortex of the entorhinal cortex and the forehead cortex were studied by histochemical methods combined with stereological measurements. The results showed that the AChE-positive fibers in the hippocampal formation and cortex were distributed in different layers. The former had a higher fiber density than the entorhinal cortex and forehead cortical area. The fiber density of each examined area decreased, increased, decreased with increasing age Dynamic trends (2 to 6 years old fiber density decreased, 6 to 14 years old, 14 to 24 years old and then reduced). The results showed that the distribution of AChE-positive fibers in cynomolgus monkey hippocampus, entorhinal cortex and prefrontal cortex was age-related and region-specific. This article discusses the relationship between the aging changes of AChE-positive fibers and the development, maturation and aging of the cholinergic system in the forebrain.
