地震区土房国际讨论会于1981年5月24日至28日在美国新墨西哥大学举行,来自19个国家的代表出席了会议。会议讨论的问题涉及以下五个方面:①社会、经济及文化方面:土房和房屋改建经验,改变的障碍,房屋形式,有历史意义房屋的保护以及研究需要等。②材料方面:材料试验,土壤的安定性,防护技术,粘结,试验以及研究需要等。③结构方面:设计,试验,检查,评定,建设场地选择,加固及改建,修复,破坏分类,结构部件以及研究需要等。④实施计划方面:改建计划,翻建计划,修复计划,技术传授,试验,计划管理以及情报资料分发和需要等。
Seismological District Tufang International Symposium was held May 24, 1981 to 28 in the University of New Mexico, United States, representatives from 19 countries attended. The issues discussed in the conference covered the following five aspects: ① Social, economic and cultural aspects: experiences of rebuilding houses and houses, barriers to change, housing forms, protection of historic houses and research needs. ② materials: material testing, soil stability, protection technology, bonding, testing and research needs. ③ Structural aspects: design, test, inspection, assessment, construction site selection, reinforcement and reconstruction, restoration, damage classification, structural components and research needs. ④ Implementation plan: reconstruction plan, renovation plan, rehabilitation plan, technology transfer, experiment, plan management and intelligence information distribution and needs.
