淋巴水肿的临床治疗比较困难,淋巴管再生为治疗淋巴水肿提供了新的思路.多种因素可以促进淋巴管内皮细胞再生,从而改善淋巴水肿.目前研究表明,多种促淋巴管生成因子与淋巴管再生关系密切,现就促淋巴管生成因子的研究进展进行综述.
