著名教育家陈鹤琴先生说过:“习惯养得好,终生受其益,习惯养不好,终生受其累。”初入学时,我对本班学生各方面先进行了一次初步调查,发现学前儿童能基本符合小学课堂习惯要求的没有几个。这个结果告诉我,要想让以后的课堂教学达到预期的目标,培养习惯为首要任务。1.培养倾听的习惯。在低年级上课的老师,怎样做到课前精心备课,课堂又能达到自己预期的目标?我认为教会孩子认真倾听至关重要。因此,教师在课堂上要随机应变,根据学生的情感变化及时采取相应的措施,指导他们认真听讲,积极思考。我在课堂上常应用眼神关注、手势提示和小组奖惩这三种方法来帮助他们更认真地听课。

This result tells me, in order to achieve the desired goal of future classroom teaching, training habits as the primary task. 1. Develop a habit of listening. In the lower grades of teachers, how to prepare lessons before class, the classroom can achieve their desired goals? I think it is essential to teach the children to listen carefully. Therefore, teachers should be flexible in the classroom, according to the students’ emotional changes in a timely manner to take appropriate measures to guide them to listen carefully, positive thinking. I often use the attention of the class, gesture tips and group rewards and punishment of these three ways to help them listen more carefully.
