三峡水库需要在每年5-6月份将库水位下降到145 m为夏季蓄洪做准备。在这个库水位消落期,库岸涉水滑坡的稳定性可能发生不利变化,而且连续暴雨会加重这种不利变化。文章以重庆市区黄泥巴蹬坎滑坡为例,考虑库水位最大下降速率0.6和1.2 m/d 2种工况,同时考虑50年一遇的暴雨情景,采用条分法计算了滑坡地下水位和稳定性系数的变化过程。结果表明:水库消落期滑坡稳定性总体存在持续下降趋势,并在大部分时间低于蓄水前的天然状态,库水位消落速率增加和特大暴雨的发生会使滑坡稳定性下降更快。在库水位降低到145 m的时刻,滑坡稳定性系数降低到极小值,此后又缓慢的回升。滑坡体渗透系数对稳定性极小值的影响比库水位下降速率更显著。
The Three Gorges Reservoir will need to reduce its reservoir water level to 145 m from May to June each year to prepare for summer flood storage. In the fall of this reservoir water level, the stability of water bank landslides may change adversely, and continuous rainstorms will aggravate such unfavorable changes. The increase of the reservoir water level and the occurrence of extra heavy rainfall will cause the landslide stability to decline more rapidly. When the reservoir water level is reduced to 145 m, the stability coefficient of landslide is reduced to a minimum value and then slowly recovered. The influence of the permeability coefficient of landslide on the minimum stability is more significant than that of the reservoir water level.
