中国城郊经济研究会理事长、天津社会科学院研究员包永江,经用近一年时间对乡镇企业进行了调查。他分析了大量的事实和数据后认为,乡镇企业在国民经济中的作用越来越受到重视,但日子却越来越难过。遍及生产、经营、分配、积累、市场、结构、机制、科技、人才等方面的问题日益突出,已成为阻碍其进一步发展的“综合症”,急需对症下药,采取措施,加以医治。
Chairman of the China Outskirts Economic Research Association and Bao Yongjiang, a researcher at the Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences, conducted a survey of township enterprises in the past year. After analyzing a large number of facts and figures, he believes that the role of township and village enterprises in the national economy has received more and more attention, but the days are getting sadder and harder. The problems of production, management, distribution, accumulation, market, structure, mechanism, science and technology, and talent have become increasingly prominent and have become “syndromes” that hinder their further development. They urgently need to prescribe the right medicine, take measures, and heal.
