目的:研究藤苦参的化学成分。方法:用90%乙醇回流提取,石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp-18柱色谱法和重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从藤苦参中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:acovenosigenin A(1)、periplogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、3-O-(β-glucopyranosyl)acovenosigenin A(3)、Δ5-pregnene-3β,17α,20(S)-triol(4)、pinoresinol(5)、cleomiscosin A(6)、chinensin(7)、patriscabratine(8)、乌苏酸(9)、(24R)-cycloartane-3β,24,25-triol(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)和β-胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:化合物4~8首次从该种及该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of vine flavescens. Methods: 90% ethanol reflux extraction, petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extraction, separation and purification using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, Rp-18 column chromatography and recrystallization, according to physicochemical properties and spectral data Identify the structure of the compound. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from Sophora flavescens and identified as acovenosigenin A(1), periplogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), 3-O-(β-glucopyranosyl)acovenosigenin A ( 3), Δ5-pregnene-3β, 17α, 20(S)-triol(4), pinoresinol(5), cleomiscosin A(6), chinensin(7), patriscabratine(8), ursolic acid (9), ( 24R)-cycloartane-3β, 24,25-triol (10), β-sitosterol (11) and β-glucoside (12). Conclusion: Compounds 4-8 were isolated from this species and this genus for the first time.
