我们从1989年6月下旬开始,对全厂参加岗位培训的现职正副班组长进行了班组行为管理培训,共举办7期,培训班组长312名,占入培对象数的100%,并培训了工段长67人,占入培对象数的98.5%。从11月底开始,我们按计划进行了实践追踪考核,班组长总结了几个月中运用行为管理知识,进行科学管理的效果及经验。实践使我们切实感到,班组长岗位培训进行行为管理培训是必要的,收获和效果也是显著的,主要表现
Starting from the end of June 1989, we carried out team behavior management training for the active team leader and the assistant team leader who took part in job training in the whole plant.
