食物银行,源起美国,主要作用就是将过剩的食物分发给有需要的人。它本着收取发放免费的原则,连接起余量食物和困难人群。现在,食物银行来到上海,影响力逐年扩大,越来越多的企业和公益人士开始参与这个公益活动。食物是一种特殊的产品,其质量安全的重要性不言而喻,如何在做公益的同时保证食品质量安全,是我们必须重视的问题。
