氯氮平(clozapine)是一种广谱的抗精神病药,化学名为8-氯-11-(4-甲基-1-哌嗪基)-5-氢-二苯并(b,e)(1,4)二氮杂草。该药在国内临床上的使用已日趋普遍。我们建立了国内外尚未见报道的氯氮平血药浓度的高效液相色谱测定方法。对本法的色谱条件、提取条件及内标物等均作了较系统的研究。
Clozapine is a broad-spectrum antipsychotic known under the chemical name 8-chloro-11- (4-methyl-1-piperazinyl) (1,4) diazepine. The drug in the clinical use of the country has become increasingly common. We have established a HPLC method for the determination of clozapine concentration that has not been reported at home and abroad. The chromatographic conditions, extraction conditions and internal standards for this Law were made more systematic study.
