The core link of curriculum reform is curriculum implementation. The basic approach of curriculum implementation is teaching. Teachers therefore become the key to the implementation of new curriculum. If teachers’ teaching concepts are not updated and teaching methods are not changed, the implementation of new curriculum will be in the form of Doing less than half the effort or working hard. This article intends to use teachers’ problems in the implementation of the new music curriculum as a breakthrough to find concrete ways to improve the teaching of new courses.
