一、引言近十多年来,对铜及其合金的缓蚀剂研究较多,然而引人注目有实用价值的铜及其合金用水溶性缓蚀剂的品种为数甚少。资料表明某些有机杂环化合物(主要为唑类)是铜及其合金的有效缓蚀剂。但是,杂环化合物通常存在水溶性问题;比如,常用的铜合金缓蚀剂巯基苯骈噻唑(MBT)就难溶于水,在pH低于6的水溶液中几乎不溶,缓蚀效率随pH值降低而下降。因而,目前应用最广泛的铜及其合金的缓蚀剂仅有苯骈
I. INTRODUCTION In the recent ten years, there have been many studies on the corrosion inhibitors of copper and its alloys. However, there are only a few species of water-soluble corrosion inhibitors that attract attention and have practical value for copper and its alloys. The data show that certain organic heterocyclic compounds (mainly azoles) are effective corrosion inhibitors for copper and its alloys. However, the heterocyclic compounds usually have water solubility problems; for example, commonly used copper alloy inhibitor mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) is hardly soluble in water, almost insoluble in aqueous solutions with a pH of less than 6.
