随着改革开放的推进,中国高等教育以及高等职业教育都步入了正轨,发展前景一片大好。中国高等职业院校在社会发展中有些不足之处,学校的办学理念与社会实践脱节,高等职业院校为争名称,与普通高校进行攀比,致使高等职业院校教育没有突出的教学特点,成为阻碍高等职业院校发展的巨大障碍。面对高等职业院校出现的不足之处,政府要及时进行的政策疏导,改善高等职业院校的师生待遇,淡化社会舆论和偏见,运用先进的管理模式和教学手段,不断改进和提高高等职业院校的教学质量和社会地位。
