上海浦东、天津滨海、成都重庆三大试验区,在城乡统筹发展的探索实践中,成效显著,各有特色,为全国城乡统筹发展提供了经验和借鉴,但也存在一些带普遍性的问题,应解放思想,与时俱进,因地制宜地深化五点认识,借鉴六条经验,走出三个误区,处好五大关系,化解三大矛盾,促进城乡统筹协调健康发展。 Shanghai Pudong, Tianjin Binhai and Chengdu Chongqing have achieved remarkable results and have their own unique features in the exploration and practice of urban and rural development. They provide experience and reference for the overall development of urban and rural areas in China. However, there are also some problems with universal coverage. We should emancipate the mind, keep pace with the times, deepen our five-point understanding in light of the local conditions, draw lessons from the six experiences, step out of the three misunderstandings, handle the five major relationships and resolve the three major contradictions to promote the coordinated, healthy development of urban and rural areas.
