天然气行业的快速发展已受现有体制束缚,难点在细化和执行层面。2017年4月16日,云南昆明法苑小区最后一户居民家天然气成功点火,这标志着昆明市民正式使用上了由中缅天然气管道输送的天然气。虽然2016年天然气在中国一次能源消费结构中的比例仅为2.9%,但数据显示,中国天然气消费量已比2002年增长7倍,天然气市场正发生质变。
The rapid development of the natural gas industry has been constrained by the existing system, with the difficulty of refinement and implementation. On April 16, 2017, the successful ignition of the natural gas of the last residential unit of Kunming Farming Community Villages in Yunnan marked the official use of natural gas by the Burma natural gas pipeline by Kunming citizens. Although natural gas accounted for only 2.9% of China’s primary energy consumption structure in 2016, the data show that China’s natural gas consumption has increased seven times over 2002, and the natural gas market is undergoing qualitative change.
