文化作为旅游的内涵和灵魂,旅游作为文化表现的载体,两个产业之间的发展有很大的交汇空间。文化因旅游而繁荣,旅游因文化而精彩。深化文化与旅游的融合,是文化与旅游产业发展的大趋势。文章从阐述文化产业与旅游产业融合发展的重要性出发,分析了文化产业和旅游产业融合发展的现状,提出了制定文化旅游发展规划、加强基础制度环境建设、加快旅游产业相关配套设施建设、推进旅游与文化企业的合作和产品创新、优化消费引导策略、增强旅游经济的吸引力和辐射力、不断完善发展文化旅游产业的政策措施、注重产业融合的人才培养等推动文化产业和旅游产业融合发展的建议。
