在临床实践中,发现避孕栓对霉菌性阴道炎有治疗效果.现将本院妇科门诊1979年2月至10月,应用避孕栓治疗133例霉菌性阴道炎患者的疗效情况作如下报道. 治疗对象:133例阴道分泌物化验,全部为霉菌阳性者.其临床症状与体征,118例主诉外阴部发痒;76例阴道充血;57例外阴充血;7例外阴湿疹;6例无明显症状体征,是在人流、引产或妇科手术前常规检查发现霉菌。治疗方法:每日用避孕坐药(天津健民药厂产品)一枚放置于阴道后穹窿部,连用5天(个别7天)为一疗程.根据治疗情况,必要时可重复治疗二、三疗程,每疗程要间歇一周,疗程开始前要做常规复查.此外,每日置药前要消毒,来门诊的患者用1‰新洁而灭冲洗阴道,远道的患者可自行用1/5000过锰酸钾液或2—3％苏打水坐浴.每日冲洗置药后要换穿清洁内裤.
