一、“走出去”战略的重要意义“引进来”和“走出去”,是我国对外开放并行不悖的两个轮子。“引进来”是充分利用国内市场和国内资源吸引国际资本;“走出去”则是充分利用国际市场和国外资源进行跨国投资。在我国长期资源约束的情况下,让更多的企业走出去整合全球资源,培育具有国际竞争力的世界跨国公司,参与国际市场竞争有着更为重要的意义。
I. The Significance of the “Going Global” Strategy The “bringing in” and “going out” are the two wheels that go hand in hand with the opening up to the outside world. “Attracting foreign investment” is to make full use of the domestic market and domestic resources to attract international capital while “going global” is to make full use of international markets and foreign resources for cross-border investment. Under the condition of long-term resource constraints in our country, it is of more significance for more enterprises to go global to integrate global resources and cultivate world-class multinational corporations with international competitiveness and participate in international market competition.
