2015年9月,渤海装备华油钢管公司(简称华油公司)圆满完成了中俄东线天然气管道工程X80钢级Ф1 422 mm×22.4mm螺旋缝焊管小批量试制工作。经检测,首批生产的X80钢级Ф1 422 mm×22.4 mm螺旋缝焊管的各项性能指标均符合中俄东线天然气管道工程技术条件的要求。该批螺旋缝焊管的成功试制,标志着华油公司在高钢级、超大壁厚螺旋缝焊管生产技术上又取得了新突破,具备了批量生产条件,为中俄东线天然气管道工程后续生产形成技术储备。
In September 2015, Bohai Routine Huayou Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huayou”) successfully completed the small batch trial production of Ф1 422 mm × 22.4mm spiral welded pipe of X80 steel grade in the East China Natural Gas Pipeline Project. After testing, the first batch of X80 steel grade Ф1 422 mm × 22.4 mm spiral welded pipe performance indicators are in line with the East China natural gas pipeline engineering and technical requirements. The successful trial production of the batch of spiral welded pipe indicated that Huayou Company made new breakthroughs in the production technology of high-grade and super-large wall thickness spiral welded pipe and possessed the conditions for mass production for the follow-up production of the natural gas pipeline project between China and Russia Form a technical reserve.
