文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对攻防教学法在武术教学中的应用进行理论与实践研究,对上海体育学院2010级体育教育专业3班和5班的学生进行攻防教学实验,研究结果表明:攻防教学在武术套路课堂中提高了学生学习的兴趣和积极性、活跃了课堂气氛、加强了学生对动作的记忆和掌握,从而使学生更快、更牢地掌握套路动作,培养了学生的合作精神。
In this paper, the author studied the application of offensive and defensive pedagogy in Wushu teaching by using the methods of literature review, expert interview, experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and studied the application of the offensive and defensive pedagogy in Wushu teaching. And five classes of students in offensive and defensive teaching experiments, the results show that: offensive and defensive teaching in Wushu routine class increased interest in learning and enthusiasm, active classroom atmosphere, and enhance students’ memory and mastery of movement, so that students faster , More routine control routines, cultivating the spirit of cooperation of students.
