经过中国计量科学研究院严格测试,纳米激光器测尺前不久由清华大学研制成功。 纳米激光器测尺外观结构很简单,看上去是一个两端封闭、直径30mm、只比人的手掌稍长一些的石英玻璃管。它的神奇之处在于振荡的激光束自身能感知外界物体的移动,一旦推动圆筒形激光器一头伸出的测量杆,它立刻显示出推动了多少距离。 除了测量范围大、精度高之外,纳米激光器测尺的另外一个优点是能够自行校准自己的“刻度”,直接读出它的测量对象位移了多少,而不像其它测量位移的传感器需要用另外的仪器校准,然后才能用于测量。据了解,此前国内外尚无同类产品研制成功的先例。 清华大学张书练教授介绍,这种纳米量级的激光器测尺可广泛应用于机械零件、部件的位移测量和量块标定以及桥
