为了节约煤炭,消烟除尘、降低造价和缩短工期,我们于1977年开始研究试验水平式逆推往复炉。这种锅炉有如下优点: 1.燃烧效率高,节约煤炭。由于煤在炉排上呈波浪式翻滚前进,煤粒“灰衣”被破坏。空气能很好地与碳混合接触,使其充分燃烧,据测定,炉渣含炭率为7~11%。 2.消烟除尘效果好。一般只装除尘效率50~70%的除尘设备,即可达到国家除尘标准。 3.炉排的破焦能力强。由于活动炉排片对煤层的搅拌、翻动性能强,具有较高的破焦能力,因此,烧本省强膨胀溶化粘结性煤时,仍不结大块渣,也不需人工拨渣。
