现阶段,国有企业有着明显的经营规模效应和市场先导地位,拥有相对丰厚的人才储备和良好的领导选拔机制,在技术储备和重大项目研发方面也具备相对突出的资源优势。但国有企业存在机制不灵活、投入产出效率低下,管理水平和风险防控能力亟待提升的问题。因此,国有企业应努力适应市场环境变化,以技术创新和提升管理增强核心竞争力。而这一切有赖于经营管理信息化战略的实施。
At this stage, state-owned enterprises have obvious scale of operation scale and market leading position. They have a relatively rich talent pool and a good leadership selection mechanism. They also have comparatively outstanding resource advantages in terms of technical reserves and major project research and development. However, the existing mechanism of state-owned enterprises is not flexible, inefficient input-output, management level and risk prevention and control capabilities need to be improved. Therefore, state-owned enterprises should strive to adapt to changes in the market environment and enhance their core competitiveness with technological innovation and management. All this depends on the implementation of the management information strategy.
