随着大众旅游的深入和假日旅游的兴起,景区民居客栈应运而生,成为旅游景区住宿新的补充,大大提高了景区接待能力。而民居客栈的管理体系是客栈经营绩效的重要决定因素,它关系着该住宿业态的成长,也影响着景区的发展与完善。因此,文章以同里、乌镇、西塘、宏村四大古镇为例,比较分析其管理状况,以期对景区民居客栈管理体系的构建提供借鉴与启示。 With the deepening of mass tourism and the rise of holiday tourism, scenic residential inn came into being, as a new supplement to accommodation of tourist attractions, greatly improving the scenic reception capacity. The management system of residential inn is an important decisive factor in the management performance of the inn. It is related to the growth of the accommodation format and the development and improvement of the scenic spot. Therefore, the article takes Tongli, Wuzhen, Xitang, Hongcun four ancient towns as an example, comparative analysis of their management status, in order to provide reference and inspiration for the construction of scenic residential inn management system.
