目的:探讨无精子症患者睾丸B超测量的各径线与外周血生殖激素的相关性。方法:选择54例无精子症患者,采用B超测量睾丸长、宽、高(前后径)三径线,采用电化学发光法测量外周血促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)浓度,分析睾丸长、宽、高三径线与FSH、LH、T、E2的相关性。结果:左、右侧睾丸长、宽、高均与FSH、LH呈负相关关系,有统计学意义,均与T呈正相关关系,有统计学意义,均与E2呈正相关关系,无统计学意义。结论:无精子症患者双侧睾丸长、宽、高三径线越大,外周血FSH、LH越低,而T越高。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between testicular ultrasound B-line and peripheral blood reproductive hormones in patients with azoospermia. Methods: A total of 54 patients with azoospermia were selected. The three-dimension lines of length, width and height (anteroposterior diameter) of testis were measured by B-mode ultrasonography. The levels of FSH, LH, Testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) concentrations were determined. The correlation of testicular length, width and height with FSH, LH, T and E2 was analyzed. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between FSH and LH in the length, width and height of the left and right testis, and there was a significant positive correlation between the testis and T, which had a statistically significant positive correlation with E2, with no statistical significance . Conclusion: Azoospermia in patients with bilateral testicular length, width and height of the larger three-dimensional line, the peripheral blood FSH, LH lower, while the higher the T.
