眼外伤中的鞭炮爆炸、汽车轮胎爆炸、土锅炉爆炸等由于爆炸压力大,大量异物喷射入眼,常伴有轻度热烫伤.异物多位于角膜表层和浅基质层内,少数可达深基质层,偶有眼球穿通伤和球内异物.在急诊处置和治疗中,我们摸索出一些方法.现报告如下:临床资料:本组共42例,男35例,女7例.鞭炮炸伤22例,汽车轮胎爆炸伤7例,土锅炉爆炸伤6例,其它原因炸伤7例,共计69眼.其中有7眼伴有眼球穿通伤眼内异物而住院手术治疗,其余62眼均采用此方法进行处置和治疗,无1例发生感染,仅有10例于角膜面上遗有散在的点片状薄翳或少数深层异物残留.
